2 out of 5 stars Gouged Stones   August 18, 2010
Tony Stengel (Hollywood, USA)
Maybe it was worth the price but I was surprised to see, with the naked eye, so many gouges and cracks in the stones. Nothing in the description regarding the poor quality.

1 out of 5 stars Earrings are two different sizes!   March 30, 2010
Mathias Forsman (Portland, OR USA)
The earrings are totally two different sizes, one is very much smaller than the other. The backs are cheap and fall off consistently. Totally embarrassing, as they were given as a gift. Will never purchase from this vendor again. Total rip off.

4 out of 5 stars Pleased :)   March 19, 2010
N. Piecuch (Chicago, IL)
I am quite happy with the quality, especially prepared when notified these earrings are I2-I3. All I wanted was real black diamond earrings, this pair definitely satisfied the need... the price was a great deal! The need for high quality black diamonds is irrelevant due to the darkness of the diamond. Thanks again, very happy!

4 out of 5 stars Good Impression. Quality not so great   February 19, 2010
Bobby Mcgee Pop Warner (United States)
These made a nice Christmas present and my wide who is way into jewelry wears them a lot. So, they made a good impression and I am happy with them. The only con I would mention, and keep in mind I know these aren't the highest grade jewels, is that if you look close, the finish looks like it wasn't polished well. There are scratches and such and it doesn't glimmer all that well.

1 out of 5 stars Late, Ignored and Flawed   December 27, 2009

I ordered these earrings directly through SuperJeweler.com because the site promised delivery by Xmas. They also promised emailed updates so I could track the progress of the delivery.

I placed my order a full week before Xmas. Aside from a single email confirming my purchase, I did not receive any notification that the order was shipped. Of course the order did not arrive by Xmas.

Needless to say, attempts to reach SuperJeweler.com by phone (at 11AM Xmas Eve) and website (at 11am and 4pm) went unanswered. As of today (Dec 27), I have still not heard from their Customer Service department... however I have received 2 emails asking me to buy more crap from their site.

The diamond earrings arrived a day late. Upon opening the box, my wife involuntarily commented "This one has a flaw". A GIGANTIC flaw that was easily seen in low light without the aid of any type of jeweler's ring or even glasses. Looking at the other earring, we saw two smaller flaws and perhaps a half-dozen chips. The diamonds do not come remotely close to the grading listed in the ad. I'm now suspicious if the "white gold" is even "white gold".

So, let's summarize: SuperJeweler took my money and then ignored me. The "Delivery by Christmas" promise was not met nor intended to be met. On the morning of Xmas Eve, they didn't answer their phone. The website's "Submit a message and we'll respond quickly" link is completely bogus. And the quality of the diamonds advertised do not match the gravel I received.

I should have paid attention to the reviews here on Amazon.com and avoided this company.
