 Does the job, but not too pretty August 20, 2010

The links are quite large and do not match any chains that I own. I will not be able to use the extenders and wear my hair up as you must hide the unsightly extenders. They do what they are intended for, but nothing more. Also, shipping was shown as 88cents, but I paid almost $4? That seems a little ridiculous.

They charged me $3.98 for shipping and handling on a package that cost .88 to mail. If they wanted to charge $3 to "handle" their product then it should be in the initial cost. This is pretty disappointing. The product is a pretty cheap product anyway (see previous review about it breaking on first day on some woman) so if they want to build in $2 to "handle" the product that's fine. HOWEVER, this is bad business to jack up the price so high on something that was so cheap to distribute and mail. This will be the last time I order from them.
